How Does This Work?
Online scheduling is currently available for our Harbor Water Taxi and Harbor Experience tickets. If you are arriving from the Airport, a Cruise Ship, or need our Luggage Storage ticket, you will not be able to use this tool. Please continue to follow the individual scheduling details outlined with those tickets.
When you click the link below to purchase and schedule your ticket, you will be asked to select the time, date, pick up and drop off location. You will select 1 out of 4 available ticket types. These types correspond to 4 waterfront neighborhood sections of Boston encompass the dock where you want to be picked up.The available pickup locations for each of these tickets are located beneath each option. If you do not see the time you require, it is already booked. You can either select another time, or another item (area) that works for you.
Please be on the dock and ready for pickup at the beginning of the pickup window selected. We may have several other pick ups in your area during the same time frame, and may be unable to wait for you if you are not at the dock when we arrive.
We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the dock location you have selected. We offer an interactive map on our website that will provide you with detailed instructions on getting to the pick up location. This tool can be found HERE
If you need to change this pick up, you may do so by clicking the "Cancel Reservation" option on your confirmation email, and simply rebook for the time you need. This option is available up to 1 hour before your originally scheduled time. If you need to change your pickup and it is less than 1 hour until your scheduled time, please call 617-261-6620 Option 1 and/or email Info@BostonWaterTaxi.com. We are unable to offer refunds for reservations not changed or cancelled prior to the start time of the booking.
