Unlike a ferry, we do not operate a consistent, published schedule. We provide on-demand service between our stops, and build our schedule daily around people’s needs. Please call us to arrange service.

Tickets are $20 per person, one-way. Children 12 and under are $10. We also sell 10-ride passes for a discounted per trip rate.

If you are looking to just ride with us and return to the same place, we offer a 30-minute “Harbor Experience” for $35 per person.

If you need to store your luggage, we provide that service at our secure Rowes Wharf office location. Water Taxi tickets with Luggage storage are: $30: One-Way Taxi and Storage $45: Round-Trip Taxi and Storage.

Scheduling

If you have purchased an On Demand/Will Call ticket you must call us to arrange a taxi pickup , at 617-406-8584. This will connect you to either a dispatcher or a captain. If you have purchased your ticket and made a reservation online, you do not need to call, you have been added to our schedule. To ensure we have a taxi available for the time you want it, we highly recommend purchasing our Pre-Scheduled (Online Reservation) ticket HERE.

We often have a high volume of calls for on demand service, so to best assist you in scheduling, please have the following information ready when you call:

  • Where you are (Pick Up Dock Name)

  • Where you would like to go (Drop Off Dock Name)

  • What time you would like your pickup (plan on 15-20 minutes travel time to and from most locations we service)

If you are unable to reach anyone when you call, we are usually assisting another customer. Please try us back after a few minutes.

Our Stop Map page will assist you in finding the most convenient location for pickup and drop off.

We only take same day on demand reservations for Water Taxi service for parties fewer than 8 passengers.* Should you want to make a reservation for any other day, you can do so quick and easily with our online reservation service. Click HERE to purchase.
